BARRE

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

There are many different styles of BARRE classes out there, but they all have one thing in common, a ballet component.

Barre is a full body workout that fuses the formats of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and basic sports conditioning, together.  It's LOW IMPACT, which is great for those that may have had previous injuries, but it still gets your heart pumping!  Barre classes are great for burning fat and defining muscles.


MAT PILATES

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates as a way to rehabilitate soldiers in World War 1.  

In Mat Pilates we use a variety of props (mini ball, gliding discs, bands, circles etc) to provide a LOW IMPACT workout to strengthen deep core muscles, increase flexibility and improve coordination.  Many of our movements are physical therapy based and suitable for active aging, so it's doable for EVERY BODY!


PILATES ARC

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

The Pilates Arc is a lightweight piece of equipment designed for comfort and support.  A great class for beginners or those that have been practicing Pilates for years, it helps to correct posture and adds variation to our Mat exercises.  Especially useful for those that are pregnant.

 

FOAM ROLLING

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Foam Rolling (self-myofascial release) aids muscles in the recovery and healing process and is similar to deep tissue massage.

This class focuses on teaching you how to release tension and knots in various muscles, relieving pain and helping to resume normal blood flow and function to the body.


GROUP REFORMER CLASSES

Reformer Safety class must be completed before attending!

A fun 45 minute class that will take you through various Reformer exercises to create proficient movement patterns whilst working on all the core Pilates principles. 


BODHI Suspension System™

Some Pilates experience is highly recommended!

In this class we will literally "teach you the ropes" as you begin to master the Bodhi Suspension System™.  A large focus is placed on controlled strength and balance in this class, with two and/or 3 points of suspension.


GROUP CYCLING

No experience needed.  Must be able to meet height requirements to ride and be at least 13 years of age.

If you can pedal, you can ride!  Join us for 45 minutes of fun, sweat and heart pumping music!
